Visa To Uzbekistan

 

To process an entry visa to Uzbekistan, please submit the following:

 

  • US Citizens: Original passport (signed)
  • Non-US Citizens: Original passport (signed)
    • Copy of both sides of green card
  • 1 Passport size picture
  • A completed visa application (one per person), signed by the Applicant. (The form has to be filled out on the computer. Consulate will not accept forms filled out by hand.)
